• Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists.
• Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements. Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts, and subassemblies.
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed components.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Work with a sense of urgency without sacrificing safety or quality.
• Hand sanding with an electric or air-powered sander may be required on occasion.
• Packages finished goods for shipment and pulls finished goods for shipment.
• May operate a shrink wrap machine, pallet jack, and forklift on occasion.

• Ability to consistently handle and follow through with multiple assignments and meet deadlines; ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; ability to function effectively in a busy work environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, professional attitude, and reliability.
• Must possess strong communication skills, organization skills, ability to prioritize, and be detail-oriented.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Persistent follow-up.

Required:

High School Diploma or GED. Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements.

Preferred: 1 year of manufacturing/warehouse experience.
