Pueblo, CO

$22.00 - $25.00 (depending on shift)

1st shift or 3rd shift

• Perform high-quality welds on heavy steel components used in industrial applications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently (MIG, Flux Core, and other processes)
• Inspect finished welds to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following strict safety protocols

• 2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Proficiency in MIG and Flux Core welding processes
• Ability to work with large steel structures and heavy materials
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production demand

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
