As a Welder
, you will collaborate closely with our welding team to fabricate frames and weldments for our large-format 3D printers and enclosures, all while maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. This position offers the opportunity to expand your knowledge of welding and fabrication processes and grow within the welding and manufacturing industry.
This role will end August 31, 2026.

What You’ll Do
  • Manual Dexterity
  • Prior material cutting/welding experience
  • Follow safety procedures
  • Work independently and with a team on defined tasks.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions to fully complete given tasks.
  • Be able to read and interpret weldment blueprints and weld callouts.
  • Aid in preparation of materials to be welded, including organizing various sizes of steel for fabrication, grinding and material preparation for weldments.
  • Aid in organizing and accurately cutting material packages using cut lists and engineer drawings.
  • Be able to use a fixturing system to build repeatable accurate weldments.
  • Material handling and storage, including using a forklift or gantry.
  • Loading and unloading materials from vendors.
  • Assist the team with shipping and receiving, including preparing items, machines and pallets for shipment to our customers.
  • Maintain a clean work environment, including taking out the trash, sweeping the shop floor and organizing tools and materials.
What You Will Bring:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.
  • Proficiency with reading accurate measurements with a tape measure.
  • Some Knowledge reading and interpreting blueprints and assembly drawings.
  • Experience with Mig Welding and fabrication.
  • Understanding of safe working practices.
  • Familiarity with forklifts.
Working conditions:

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required based on production demands. The role is performed primarily in a warehouse/shop environment and may involve periodic work outdoors.
