Assembly Technician- Electromechanical

Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM Shift: 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week

We are hiring an Assembly Technician – Electromechanical to join our manufacturing team in Colorado Springs. This position is responsible for assembling, wiring, soldering, and testing electromechanical components and products while following detailed work instructions and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of electromechanical assembly experience and hands‑on soldering experience.

• Assemble electromechanical components and products according to specifications and work instructions
• Perform soldering and wiring of electrical and mechanical components
• Read and follow assembly drawings, schematics, and detailed instructions
• Use hand tools, measuring equipment, and assembly tools
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot basic assembly and electrical issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Complete required production and quality documentation

• 4+ years of experience in electromechanical assembly
• Hands‑on soldering experience required
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, drawings, and schematics
• Experience using hand tools and precision assembly equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce quality work
• Ability to work a 10‑hour shift while standing and performing repetitive assembly tasks
• Must be able to work Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM
