Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in advanced technology solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator - 12 Hour Day/Night Shifts (Up to $22.50/hr + Overtime) to join their dedicated team. As a Manufacturing Operator - 12 Hour Day/Night Shifts (Up to $22.50/hr + Overtime), you will be an integral part of the production support team, ensuring high-quality output and efficient operations.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, aligning successfully within a dynamic and safety-conscious environment.
Manufacturing Operator - 12 Hour Day/Night Shifts (Up to $22.50/hr + Overtime) Pay Range: $21.00 - $22.50
Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day and Night) What's the Job?
- Operate injection molding and packaging machinery to produce high-quality products
- Inspect finished products for defects, quality, and accuracy
- Package, label, and palletize products according to work orders and specifications
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and packaging configurations for accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following safety protocols and 5S standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and excellent visual inspection skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment and support team goals
