Compensation range: $85,000 - $105,000 annually. Includes a robust benefits package, productivity bonus and on‑call pay.
30 Paid Days Off annually – up to 6 weeks (PDO includes company observed holidays).

As the Registered Nurse RN Home Health, you will perform patient visits, coordinate client care, and serve as the point of contact for all disciplines involved in patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Consult with the physician and office as needed, providing detailed patient care updates.
- Accurately collect OASIS data and keep medication profiles current.
- Ensure lab values are reported to the physician in a timely manner.
- Attend weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings.
- Oversee visit frequency for each episode of care.
Registered Nurses (RNs) must meet the following requirements:
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill in current nursing practice.
- Valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
