Job Overview

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work the 7 pm–7 am shift at Pikes Peak Post Acute. As part of a dedicated team, you will provide patient‑centered care in a skilled nursing unit or facility, including medication passes, treatments, and supervision of nurse assistants.

• Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility.
• Supervise nurse assistants.
• Administer medication passes and treatments.

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO
• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge and experience with PCC (preferred)

Rate range: $28–$38 per hour.
