Job Overview
Amazing Care Home Health Services provides private duty nursing in Colorado Springs & surrounding areas. You will work with one pediatric patient per shift, delivering personalized care directly in the patient’s home.
Pay & Benefits- Base pay range: $47,000 – $54,000 per year
- Hourly pay: $23.00 – $26.00
- Sign‑on bonus: $2,000 (full‑time) or $1,000 (part‑time) paid after 90 days
Benefits include health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off, and a weekly stipend.
Schedule- Full‑time: 30+ hours per week
- Part‑time: 29 hours or fewer
- Example case assignments:
Green Mountain Falls – adult nights;
Florissant – adults Saturday/Sunday
Seeking motivated LPNs with pediatric home health experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients at home
- Administer medication and therapies as prescribed
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with activities of daily living and offer emotional support
- Collate accurate medical records using web‑based EMR
- Active LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail
