Provides direct patient care in neonatal and women's health units, including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women's Care, and NICU, utilizing evidence-based practices and adhering to standards such as AWHONN and AACN.
Responsibilities:Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, prioritize patient safety and wellness, model proficiency through precepting, and contribute to a collaborative multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:Active CO RN license or eNLC privileges, at least one year of experience, NRP certification, and BLS certification with a current card. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and commit to continuous learning.
Key Duties- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and care planning
- Implement evidence-based clinical interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Precept and mentor new staff or students
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
