• Guest Experience – Lead a culture that builds confidence and engagement, delivering unwavering dedication to guests.
• Leadership – Drive sales results by analyzing business metrics, coaching on and off the sales floor, and planning and delegating tasks to maintain guests as the top priority.

• Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail store
• Ability to motivate others and deliver sales results
• Strong planning and task execution skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and multi‑tasking capacity
• Will work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Effective maneuvering around sales floor and stockroom; repetitive bending, standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
• Independent working style
• Lift and carry up to 35 lbs
