As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll own the sales and operations of your store, driving both business performance and team success.
Your Responsibilities- Inspire your team to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver top-notch customer service.
- Create an environment where every employee can thrive and grow.
- Launch new products and services with your District Manager and key partners.
- Train and develop your team to sell with confidence and knowledge.
- Ensure a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment for every customer.
- Play an active role on the sales floor to coach and motivate.
- Handle administrative duties such as compliance and reporting with ease.
If you have a proven track record in retail sales and team leadership, we want to hear from you!
- 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment)
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams
- Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards
- A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Enjoy a balanced 8‑hour shift, weekdays and most Saturdays.
