Assistant in Training; First and Main

Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position to fulfill our mission statement, “to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.”

Responsibilities include sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management, such as cashiering, merchandise display, and routine cleaning. Work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates, and provide leadership.

Pay range: $17-$20/hr the estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
