• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders following procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake warm and delicious cookies and offer a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately, ensuring no shortages or overages
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery area

• Prior experience in a customer‑service focused role – preferred
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Ambitious nature
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
