Full-Time: Monday-Friday (40-45 hrs./week)

At Choice Books, we believe that helpful, hopeful books can make a difference. We’re looking for someone who shares a heart for placing wholesome, books in everyday shopping places. As a Delivery Driver-Merchandiser, you’ll play a key role in helping people find books of hope and encouragement in everyday shopping places.

• A strong work ethic and team-oriented spirit
• Connection to our faith-based mission and values
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (CDL not required)
• Ability to drive a box truck or van
• Physically able to lift 35-50 lbs. regularly and handle tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing, pushing, pulling, and standing or driving for extended periods
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to start very early in the morning
• Willingness to travel overnight

• Deliver books to retail locations following a route
• Merchandise and maintain attractive book displays (Stocking, cleaning, and making simple repairs as needed)
• Build positive relationships with store managers and receivers
• Ensure routine truck maintenance is done according to company policy
• Practice safe and responsible driving
