Buckle in Colorado Springs is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to join our on-site leadership team. The role combines sales, merchandising and store operations to deliver the best guest experience.
You will work with the Store Manager to develop sales, recruit teammates and provide leadership, and you may act as Store Manager in their absence. Pay range is $17-$20 per hour.
