As a member of The Men's Xchange team, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience while helping maintain and grow the business.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service:
  Greet every customer warmly, learn about their needs, and help them find clothing that makes them look and feel confident.
• Customer Sizing, Measuring, and Fitting:
  Assist every customer with determining their correct clothing sizes and achieving the best possible fit. This includes taking accurate measurements, helping customers try on suits, dress shirts, pants, and other apparel, and recommending appropriate sizes, styles, and alterations when needed.
• No previous sizing or fitting experience is required. The Men's Xchange will provide hands‑on training to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to professionally size and fit customers.
• Sales and Styling:
  Assist customers with selecting suits, dress shirts, ties, shoes, and accessories while learning how to recommend proper fit, style, and coordinated outfits.
• Store Presentation:
  Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing. Ensure clothing is properly hung, folded, sized, and displayed.
• Inventory Management:
  Assist with receiving, tagging, pricing, organizing, and restocking merchandise.
• Daily Store Operations:
  Help open and close the store, maintain fitting rooms, operate the point‑of‑sale system, and complete routine operational tasks.
• Customer Relationships:
  Build meaningful relationships with customers, encourage repeat visits, and help create a welcoming environment where every customer feels valued.
• Marketing and Business Growth:
  Support promotional activities, social media content, community outreach, and other efforts to attract new customers and grow the business.
