About the Role:

As an Account Executive
, you will drive the performance and success of your territory by executing a strategic sales plan to generate and develop business opportunities across schools and organizations in your area. You will establish relationships and maintain and grow existing business. Snap! Mobile Account Executives are trusted by athletic directors, coaches, educators, booster clubs, and their communities to support the programs we serve.

This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities
  • Grow business and achieve sales targets by developing and executing a territory plan
  • Earn credibility as an industry expert with athletic directors, coaches, group leaders, and administrators
  • Understand customer objectives and articulate relevant technology and industry trends
  • Represent Snap! Mobile at events to influence sales opportunities
  • Build and cultivate customer relationships at schools, districts, and club sports
  • Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
  • Maintain accurate customer records within the company’s systems, including Hub Spot
Role Progression Within 1 Month
  • Complete new hire onboarding including eLearning courses, certification, instructor-led training, role-play, and mentorship
  • Begin outreach to cultivate customer relationships with coaches, group leaders, athletic directors, and finance/district administrators
  • Effectively manage all steps in the sales process and track progress in CRM
  • Learn best practices, processes, and business tools, including Hub Spot
Within 3 Months
  • Execute a strategic territory growth plan built in collaboration with your manager
  • Prospect to create new revenue opportunities and conduct discovery calls and presentations
  • Prospect and build a pipeline to generate new revenue opportunities
Within 6 Months
  • Complete sales activities with independence, in-person and digitally
  • Prospect and close sales toward quarterly and annual targets
  • Work sales opportunities from start to finish, resulting in new business
  • Increase customer saturation and retention, adding revenue through acquisition

Compensation

Base Salary $40K + Commission, uncapped with average OTE of $70K - $175K in year one. Additional compensation details:
