Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position where the candidates deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Be the face of Cintas, building rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Required:

All candidates must meet DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Drivers must, prior to first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation of previous employment

All successful candidates should also possess:

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• A high school diploma, GED or military service
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self‑motivation and the drive to work in a team environment to meet goals
• A positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit

A reasonable estimate of total compensation ranges between $45,000–$90,000 per year, comprising base salary plus earned commissions. The range accounts for factors such as skills, experience, performance, and business needs. This disclosed range is not adjusted for geographic differentials.
