Manufacturing Matchmaker | Industrial Talent Scout

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a knack for closing deals? We're looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in the Retail market. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!

Salary Base: $65-80K plus commissions

Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the sales process from lead generation to closing deals with small and medium-sized companies in the retail petroleum sector.
  • Identify opportunities, create sales strategies, and present compelling value propositions.
  • Conduct needs assessments and communicate the value of our signs and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, from day-to-day contacts to C-level executives.
  • Prepare contracts and pricing proposals using our standard templates and guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
  • Participate in customer events and trade shows, with travel requirements up to 70%.
  • Manage customer expectations and provide ongoing support post-implementation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technical sales within the manufacturing industry.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and experience with CRM tools like Net Suite.
  • A willingness to travel and commit additional time and effort as necessary.
