We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-driven Permanent Territory Sales Manager to join our thriving team in the Manufacturing industry. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual who is keen on improving sales performance, generating robust business relationships, and promoting our brand. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a specific territory to boost sales and profitability.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research to understand emerging trends and explore new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and potential customers to strengthen our market presence.
- Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients and negotiate contracts to secure lucrative deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative promotions and advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest necessary improvements.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, conferences, and industry workshops to expand your professional network and promote our brand.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the senior management team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience of 5+ years as a Territory Sales Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role in the Manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in B2B sales and a track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and sales presentations.
