Territory Ecosystem Manager (TEM) - West
Location: Any location in the West within proximity of an SAP office.
Travel Expected: 0–30%
The Territory Ecosystem Manager owns the quota in the territory and leads the pipeline and revenue through partners. The role manages the sales cycle with multiple resellers in the Partner‑Driven engagement motion, coordinating activities to close opportunities. It also monitors competitor activity and implements strategies with partners to maintain account ownership and mitigate competitor advancement.
Key Areas of Focus- Accountable for annual revenue goals and partner sales team management.
- Achieves revenue and bookings targets through partners and digital hub services.
- Creates enlivers revenue‑generation activities and innovative approaches with partners.
- Engages customers and partners in selling activities as requested, following SAP Channel Operations policies.
- Enables partners to independently drive business; provides partner demand‑generation and resource‑utilization plans to ensure partners use SAP resources, tools, and methodologies.
- Coaches partners to generate demand, manage pipeline, forecast, and build recovery plans.
- Drives adoption and consumption (renewals and upsells) and partners to deliver against SAP quality standards.
- Engages with Partner Manager on sales planning and partner business planning, and facilitates operational support.
- Triggers and assists partners to consume Digital Services during the sales cycle and customer success activities.
- Guides reporting on sales progress, identifies deviations, and engages to deliver agreed goals.
- Profound knowledge of one or more cloud solution areas, especially SAP S/4
HANA Public Cloud. - 5–7+ years of sales experience (Territory/Channel Sales).
- Proven sales track record.
- Experience in multi‑channel go‑to‑market models.
- Understanding of solution‑selling principles with partners.
- Industry expertise.
- Ability to create and deliver strategic plans.

Compensation Range TransparencyTargeted combined range: $115,200 – $274,600 USD (annualized base salary plus variable incentive target). Final offer depends on education, skills, experience, role scope, and location.
