Position: Outside Fuel Sales Representative - Colorado Springs, CO

Description

  • Achieve sales quotas by creating new, profitable sales volume for the company through a focused expansion of the customer base.
  • Prospect for new leads in your territory.
  • Service existing clients.
  • Effectively demonstrate product line.
  • Update our Customer Relationship Management software with accurate, timely information.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base Salary: $50,000 (paid bi-weekly).
  • Commission: Commission begins once after successfully completing 90 days of employment and receiving a favorable performance review. You will have 12 months from your hire date to reach 75,000 new, paid monthly gallons.
  • Other Perks: Company car and company paid fuel.
  • PTO: Accrue 12 Days of paid time off annually (includes vacation, sick, and personal time). Is prorated based on start date. Increases to 17 days after 7 years of employment.
  • Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
  • Benefits: We offer a full benefits package including 3 medical plans to choose from, dental, vision, long term disability, accident insurance, voluntary life insurance, and critical illness. FSA and HSA options also available.
  • Company Paid Benefits: Company paid life insurance, short-term disability, and access to our Employee Assistance Program.
  • Retirement: 401(k)/Roth plans available with company match and immediate vesting.
