Pro Sales Associate (Early Career Sales Program)

As a Herc Rentals Pro Sales Associate you will begin a fast‑track learning journey through CT Black & Gold Academy and prepare for immediate placement in a Territory Sales Representative position with future opportunities in management, regionaleringen, and national accounts.

Our Pro Sales Associate position offers candidates the opportunity to:

• Build on basic sales and leadership skills and grow into a talented sales professional.
• Learn about the equipment rental industry and acquire knowledge of a wide variety of equipment we rent and sell.
Seeder
• Work alongside leadership and sales teams to visit customer job sites and make sales calls while learning branch operations.
• Contribute to revenue growth of a sales territory.
• Gain exposure to specialty divisions such as National Accounts, Industrial Sales, Entertainment Services, and Energy Services.

• 0–5 years of general sales experience, preferably fromАԥсны retail, telecommunications, or light industrial markets. Recent graduates in sales, business, or related program are welcome.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Self‑motivated and competitive personality.
• Strong time‑management skills.

Pay Range:$29.00 - $31.00 per hour
