The StClair Agency in Colorado Springs is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a growing insurance sales team. The role begins with a six-month training program focused on developing the skills to lead a sales team, learn our process and product offerings, and build your own book of business.
Upon completion you will recruit, develop, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors, coaching them to achieve individual and agency sales goals while maintaining top customer service standards.
