- Sat & Sun: 6AM - 2:30PM

What Your Day May Look Like- Report alarms in accordance with client requirements, and monitor cameras.
- Greet client employees, vendors, clients, customers and aid as needed.
- Conduct internal patrol and/or external mobile patrol when needed to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, blocked ingress and egress, mechanical problems, unauthorized persons; inspect grounds using appropriate equipment and protective gear.
- Monitor entrance/exits and provide guidance to site visitors, customers, and/or vendors.
- Complete daily activity (DAR), incident reports and logs via Securitas and client systems.
- Provide an atmosphere in which all customers, client employees, site visitors, client, and Management know their needs are being met.
- Present a good image to client, public, and Management.
- Operate in a calm manner and direct persons who cause disruption to leave property.
- Protects evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations; sets up barriers and signage, and provides direction or information to others.
- Observes and reports incidents or suspicious activity to client, Company Management, or public safety authorities as appropriate for the circumstances and/or as required by the site.
- Ensures that all property removal is conducted within appropriate policy requirements and in accord with client standards.
- Carries out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus!!
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
- Understands the nature of customer service and interactions with the public.
- Day and Swing shift availability required.
- Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to interact with and greet site visitors, customers, client, or client employees in a positive manner, while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Intermediate computer/technology skills needed to ensure completion of daily activity reports, and logs via handheld devices, and ability to report alarms via telephone.
- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills to assist vendors, public, client, and Office Management.
- Must be open to communication and feedback from client, and Office Management.
- Must be able to work in a team environment to ensure site/organizational goals are achieved daily.
- Must be able to remain organized and professional.
- Must be able to learn and adhere to security operations.
- Must provide high quality customer service in-person, via radio, and over the telephone.
- Must be open to working multiple sites to ensure transferability.
