$30 - $35 per hour, based on experience

Part-Time - 1099 Contractor, W9

Monday-Thursday 7pm-12:30am, Friday 7pm-1:30am, Saturday 11:30am-6pm, 2pm-6pm, 7pm-1:30am, Sunday 2pm-6pm, 7pm-1:30am - On call as needed

This detail is designed to be a visual deterrent against theft, physical confrontation, and other offensive behavior. Security is to use their command presence and verbal instruction to deter theft and address patrons that are harassing other patrons, damaging equipment, or creating physical confrontation. Security WILL NOT make any form of physical contact with anyone unless they are protecting themselves or others from bodily harm.

Security will remain indoors at all times and will not chase after or engage any patron that departs the property for physical confrontation, theft, equipment damage, or failure to pay for merchandise.

• Maintain high situational awareness
• Maintain a professional presence inside the store acting as a crime deterrent
• Adhere to DDCues Post Orders and General Instructions
• Report Incidents immediately as they occur, both to the client and DDCues Corporate Office
• Security must maintain all certifications with the Colorado Springs Clerk’s Office and must have certification card(s) or Active Law Enforcement Officer Credentials on their person while on duty
• Security will be professionally dressed in a tactical uniform that includes an easily recognizable Security shirt, jacket and/or hat that visually identifies them as the on-duty security to the client, staff, and the general public

• 7+ years Law Enforcement experience
• Colorado Armed Security Guard License required or active Law Enforcement credentials
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills
• Familiar and comfortable with report writing
