Experienced on commercial and residential roof systems
Physically capable of handling all aspects of roofing repair
Excellent communicator, both oral and written
Ideal candidate would have shingle, modified bitumen, built-up, TPO, EPDM and standing-seam/metal-panel roofing systems experience.
Able to work in various weather conditions
Able to lift 50lbs / Climb ladders
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus Valid Driver's License
** Qualifications
* ** Minimum 18 years of age
* Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business need
* Knowledge of common tools and materials used in construction and maintenance work is highly desired
* outdoors in a variety of climatic conditions
