Rigdon Inc is adding to our Colorado Springs team. We are seeking a window cleaning / gutter cleaning / power washing technician to join our staff. Job Description:

Tech is responsible for projects from start to finish in all facets of interior and exterior window cleaning, soft washing (houses, decks, patios), gutter cleaning and repair, and power washing. Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are extremely important. This position is also responsible for completing estimates and bids, and customer follow-up as needed. Work is scheduled Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm with occasional Saturday / Sunday work as needed due to demand or weather.

Minimum Qualifications:

• No experience required - however we will train the right minded and motivated applicants
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness / ability to do ladder / high cleaning (residential work usually consists of 1 to 2 stories, or 2 stories plus basement)
• Clean and professional appearance
• Punctual and dependable
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently
• Physically able to perform job duties including standing, climbing up and down ladder, bending, lifting, for 8 hours or more a day
• Must have a valid driver's license in good standing

• After training period, earn up to $20-$25 per hour for commission eligible employees
• Employees are paid weekly
