Diesel Technician Apprentice: Paid Training & Mentorship

Republic Services is offering a Technician Apprenticeship program to train entry-level technicians over two years across the United States. The program provides nine weeks of paid training at the Technical Institute in Dallas, followed by twenty-two months of on-the-job training with mentorship toward Apprentice certification as a Diesel Mechanic.

Participants receive housing subsidies during training, guaranteed consideration for a full-time technician position, a toolbox, uniforms and boots,
