Restoration-Remediation Technician job at Xactly by GTE in Colorado Springs, CO. Xactly Restoration Recruiters is seeking an experienced Restoration-Remediation Technician to join their team.

The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others. You will provide jobsite leadership and excellent customer service, reporting to the general manager. Your responsibilities will include working hands-on to resolve water and mold issues, with opportunities for advancement as the company grows.

• Maintain vehicle and equipment in a clean, safe, and ready state.
• Follow operating procedures and complete paperwork and checklists.
• Travel safely to job sites.
• Interact with customers, explaining job scope and providing excellent service.
• Perform basic calculations, monitor, and complete jobs using software tools.
• Set up and clean up job sites, applying remediation techniques with tools and instruments.
• Assist with planning, coordinating, training, and quoting jobs as required.
• Use CRM software as the main platform for daily tasks.
• Follow company policies and attend required training.
• Perform jobs during after-hours, including weekends and nights, with extra compensation.
• Assist with business development activities as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of prior restoration experience.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Proficiency with computers, smartphones, and tablets.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to travel locally, work in challenging conditions, climb ladders, work at heights and in confined spaces, walk and stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow instructions.
• Ability to perform remediation tasks independently with excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude and motivation to help the community.

• $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, DOE.
• 401K match and PTO.
