Front End Developer

Position:
Front End Developer at Trusted Concepts, Inc.

Trusted Concepts, Inc. builds, deploys, and implements innovative products that solve complex challenges. Our Front End Developer role focuses on multi-domain platforms supporting critical national security functions, using modern component-based frameworks such as Ember, Vue, React, and/or Angular. The position is based in Colorado Springs, CO, with a hybrid work arrangement (up to 4 days on‑site per week).

• Develop frontend features in a modern web component-based framework such as Ember, Vue or React.
• Work directly with field users to implement new features and debug issues.
• Collaborate with design and program managers to create responsive, modular, and event‑driven designs.
• Partner with testing teams to establish comprehensive testing strategies to increase confidence in delivering, maintaining, and operating a high‑quality product.
• Design and develop full sections of functionality given broad requirements, handling edge cases and error states.
• Follow provided UI/UX designs/mockups and suggest improvements while managing edge cases and error states.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in software engineering or comparable work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with component‑based frameworks such as Ember, Vue, React, and/or Angular.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in API development.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with SQL and query optimization.

• Experience with Ember.js.
• Experience using Git and Jira in a development workflow.
• Experience with WebGL and web visualization frameworks such as D3, Cesium
  
  JS.
• Experience creating features that allow simultaneous editing of content.
• Experience creating large‑scale, real‑time data visualizations.
• Familiarity with Postgres.

Eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a government security clearance up to TS/SCI.

$100,000 - $150,000 USD (annualized, guideline only).
