You willMaintain and build software simulations and models in an existing Palski created web application to support on-orbit and modeling and simulation assessments of space systems and capabilities. Work with customers to define new features or fixes to the existing software web application to support test and training of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of application development, including requirements gathering, technical design, improvements, new development, release and stakeholder management.
- Mentor young engineers by performing code reviews, pair-programming, and helping to define career development objectives.
- Win customer confidence through integrity, technical competency, effective communication, demos and presentations.
- Strong background in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical engineering, math and/or physics.
- Strong background knowledge of computer programming for performing modeling and simulations.
- 2-4 years experience
Desired skills
- Full stack software experience
- Experience with AWS infrastructure and pipelines
- Experience leading agile software teams building containerized applications
Compensation: Base Salary: $,000, however this is commensurate with experience. Annual bonuses can be significant because they are based on the extent to which the employee drives profitability for the company.
