Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 (equivalent for 3‑month position: $12,500 – $15,000). Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
SummaryThe programmer will develop software for the project, collaborating with the project team. The PI will assign specific tasks; the programmer will execute them.
Essential Functions- Program, develop, and maintain software and tools designed by research members.
- Resolve programming and software development issues independently.
- Ensure software meets high‑quality development practices, including thorough documentation for future maintenance.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the faculty PI to accomplish the research project.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
- Solid understanding of space systems and infrastructure.
- Significant programming experience with space systems and infrastructure.
