C Developer; Batch

• Develop, test, debug, implement, and document programs.
• Assist in modifying systems and applications to meet client requirements.
• Analyze program and system requirements and prepare supporting documentation.
• Design applications and application suites to satisfy customer specifications.
• Translate complex design documents into component-level designs.
• Develop strategies, design approaches, and test plans for application solutions.
• Apply client and 3rd-party technologies in software solutions.
• Resolve production support issues and suggest alternative approaches.
• Develop and execute regression testing strategies.
• Create, maintain, and update technical documentation such as design and testing documents.
• Conduct quality assurance activities including peer reviews.
• Remain current with technical trends, development methodologies, and industry standards.

C programming, including performance optimization, memory management, and debuggingSQL (preferably embedded in

C) with Oracle databases

Linux/Unix environments, shell scripting, and process managementSOAP and RESTful interfacing, JSONIDE usage (Visual Studio Code or similar) including debugger tools

Version control (TFS, Git, or similar)
Healthcare and Medicare systems experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years of product design and support experience

Experience in software design, software development lifecycle, and development methodologies

Analytical, problem-solving, creative thinking, and design skills

Experience with appropriate programming languages, operating systems, hardware, and software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
