As a Route Driver/ Service Technician, your role acts as the face of the company each time you make a delivery. You safely and efficiently deliver pre-ordered products and equipment to customers along an assigned route and to sell additional products and services to customers when possible.

• Perform basic service tasks, such as assembling, installing, or repairing equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with products or machinery.
• Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits.
• Report any major service issues to the appropriate department for follow-up.

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up products or equipment.
• Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Load and unload goods, verifying the accuracy of delivery contents.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues as needed.

• Perform detailed diagnostics, repairs, and testing of equipment brought back to the warehouse.
• Disassemble, clean, and rebuild benched machines.
• Test repaired equipment to ensure proper functionality.

• Starting hourly rate of $19.00 to $23.00

• Valid Driver’s License for at least 2 years
• Past driving experience preferred
• Repeatedly lift and carry coffee and bottled water products weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb in and out of delivery vehicle multiple times per day.
