Route Driver - Vending

We are hiring for the Route Driver – Vending (Full Time) position at Canteen North America.

Location:

Canteen Vending – 875 Vapor Trail #150, Colorado Springs, CO 80907. Online applications only.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm with occasional weekend shifts. Full‑time.

Pay:
Fixed hourly rate of $27.05.

Requirements:
Prior route driving experience (minimum 3 years), valid Non‑CDL Class C driver’s license (unless state requires a different license), ability to lift 50 lbs consistently, and willingness to operate or learn material handling equipment. Preferred: 1–2 years in a customer service role or related experience.

• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
• Perform product rotation to ensure freshness at designated client locations.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
• Inform regular clients and customers of new products or services, listen to and resolve service complaints.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue sales promotion materials to customers.
• Accountable for all receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received or collected, and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid Non‑CDL Class C driver’s license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.
• Preferred 1–2 years experience in a customer service position or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Proficient with handheld computer, training provided.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
• Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
• Able to work independently, responsible for route, work unsupervised 98% of the work day.
