AP Supervisor

Location: Franktown

Century Group's retail client is looking for an AP Supervisor to join their team. You will be responsible for supporting the A/P team, identifying discrepancies with internal and external customers along with reconciling high volume accounts. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $65,000 to $90,000 per year.

Job Description:

• Review Accounts Payable invoices and check requests for appropriate approval.
• Maintains vendor files and communicates status of payments as required.
• Reconcile Accounts Payable accounts on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
• Assists in the development of strategic planning initiatives to improve the operational excellence of accounts payable in the corporate office.
• Process 1099s at year end

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advance Excel function knowledge
• Good at following instructions and working independently.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration.
• 5+ years of account payable or accounting experience required.
• 10 key experience.
• ERP experience.
