Automotive Alignment Technician – Big O Tires (Falcon Location) $20.00 – $35.00 per hour

As an Automotive Alignment Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing professional alignment services while maintaining our safety and quality standards.

• Perform wheel alignments and replace steering/suspension components
• Maintain professional communication with management, coworkers, vendors, and customers
• Alert supervisor of maintenance concerns or issues
• Safely operate customer vehicles (automatic & manual)
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all company safety standards
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and checklists

• ASE Certification not required—we train and pay for certification
• Availability to work weekends/holidays as needed
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to learn new systems and use technical materials
• Ability to use a computer and shop equipment
• Capable of driving manual and automatic vehicles
• Able to work with hazardous materials and outdoor conditions
• Must comply with PPE requirements
• Ability to stand/drive for up to nine hours
• Ability to lift 75 lbs
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, MVR check, and background check
