Then you already know — most shops either slow you down or get in your way.

This isn’t one of those shops.

• Mix of daily drivers, work trucks, and mountain-driven vehicles
• Jobs are written correctly so you can actually produce
• Management backs production — not excuses
• Team that shows up and handles their business

• Repair and replace damaged panels, frames, and structural components
• Perform metal work, welding, and panel alignment
• Prep vehicles for paint and refinishing
• Work with estimators and parts to keep jobs moving
• Follow OEM repair procedures — no shortcuts
• Make sure every vehicle leaves right — not “close enough”

• Solid body tech experience
• Can run a job from teardown to handoff
• Doesn’t need babysitting
• Takes ownership and pride in their work
• Shows up ready to work — every day

• I-CAR / ASE certifications
• Monthly living stipend / housing assistance (because we know mountain towns aren’t cheap)
• Full medical — $0 out-of-pocket after baseline visit
  • $0 deductible
  • $0 copays (in-network)
• 401(k)
• PTO + paid holidays
• Paid training & certifications

This isn’t Denver. No I-25 traffic. No sitting in a booth staring at a wall all day wishing you were outside.

You’ve got the Arkansas River, mountain trails, and open space right outside the shop. Work hard, then actually enjoy where you live.

Good techs are tired of:

• Waiting on parts
• Getting slowed down

If that sounds familiar — you already know.

Come somewhere you can produce, make money, and actually enjoy life outside the shop.
