OBJECTIVE

Reporting to the COO, this role is primarily responsible for leading our sourcing efforts in the Western US, specifically Colorado, New Mexico and Idaho. This role is critical to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and timely sourcing of goods that support our business objectives.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in business or a relevant field of study (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field).

Experience &

Skills:

• 2 to 5 years procurement and/or sourcing experience, preferably in produce
• Knowledge of supply chain management
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) as well as knowledge of inventory management software
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Detail oriented, self-motivated and highly organized
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Professional attitude and highly dependable
• Ability to work independently within established policies and broad objectives
• Ability to travel (limited as needed)
