• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement standardized workflows across the organization
• Support the configuration of the agency management system and document all processes and procedures
• Create reporting outputs and client deliverables while leading training efforts
• Define requirements and redesign business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Maintain business process artifacts for training and ongoing reference

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the designated line of business
• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to refine workflows and procedures by deploying best practices
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams

• Experience working with an agency management system
• Ability to challenge the status quo and make business process improvement recommendations
• Demonstrates a bias for action and commitment to achieving sustainable results
