Quality is at the heart of everything we stand for, and we will always strive to provide the very best to our communities.
Nationally recognized on Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500®, we are a fast-growing company that continues to promote valuable growth and development opportunities. Our team members share a positive attitude, passion, and drive to create a collaborative work environment. Now you have the opportunity to join our team and excel professionally as our Manager, Z-Wagon.
The Z-Wagon is Ziggi’s beverage trailer. It brings the Ziggi’s menu to festivals, corporate events, school functions, youth sports tournaments, weddings, and community events across Northern Colorado and the Front Range. The Manager, Z-Wagon owns the program end to end: selling and booking events, managing the calendar, working the window, caring for the trailer, and documenting how it all works so it can be repeated.
As Ziggi’s franchisees begin to launch mobile units of their own, the processes, checklists, event pricing, and labor model created on the Z-Wagon will become a starting point for mobile operations across the system. This is a hands-on, working manager role. You sell the events, lead them in person, and keep the trailer, the calendar, and the numbers running, with a focus on a clean setup, a busy window, and a repeatable playbook.
PRIMARYDUTIES
- Event sales and booking. Build a steady pipeline of events: corporate offices, schools and districts, churches, HOAs and neighborhoods, youth sports, festivals, farmers markets, weddings, private parties, grand openings, and job sites. Prospect for new events and respond to every inbound inquiry within one business day.
- Quoting, pricing, and agreements. Quote events, send agreements, collect deposits, and confirm every detail with the organizer before event day. Price events to make money, using the right structure for each one: guaranteed minimums, prepaid drink packages, flat-rate catering, or pay-per-cup. Operating within pricing and approved guidelines set by owners and escape non-standard agreements for approval.
- Calendar and repeat business. Keep the event calendar and contact list current, filling weekdays and the off-season, not just summer Saturdays. Turn every good event into the next one by asking for the rebook, the referral, and the review, and treat repeat organizers like regulars.
- Event leadership and service. Lead every event you work, from setup through service and breakdown. Make drinks to Ziggi’s recipe and quality standards, keep the line moving, and be the face of Ziggi’s with organizers and guests, solving problems on the spot.
- Event crew. Schedule event crew, brief them before each event, and send a recap after it.
- Cash handling and reporting. Handle cash and card sales, the POS, closeouts, deposits, and tip reporting according to company policy.
- Trailer operations. Tow, park, level, and set up the trailer safely. Own inventory, ordering, prep, ice, fresh and waste water, power and generator, and cleaning. Keep the Z Wagon looking like Ziggi’s: clean, stocked, wrap in good shape, and signage correct.
- Maintenance, permits, and compliance. Keep up preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs for tires, hitch, lights, brakes, refrigeration, and beverage equipment. Manage permits and compliance, including county health mobile permits, temporary event permits, fire inspections, commissary requirements, and certificates of insurance for…
