$130,000 - $160,000 Base Salary + Bonus and Profit Sharing + Health, Dental, Vision + 401k Match + 3 weeks PTO + Relocation Assistance/Sign-On Bonus

Are you an Estimator or Project Manager with excavation and utility construction experience looking for a leadership position within a close‑knit and a well‑established contractor in Northern Colorado?

Do you want to join a business that will see you leading the Estimating and Pre‑construction department, making key critical decisions that will determine not only the immediate success of the business, but also working closely with the President to strategically grow the organization?

This opportunity will give you the autonomy to run and build the department as you see fit, whilst interfacing with the wider leadership team and genuinely influencing the direction of the business.

• Must have strong estimating and/or project management experience in civil construction, including utilities (water/sewer/storm) and earthwork/excavation/grading.
• Must have experience with HCSS Heavy Bid or Bid2
  
  Win. Experience with AGTEK and Bluebeam desirable, but not essential.
• Must have commercial acumen and possess the ability to break plans down into scopes, quantities, tasks, and production logic, as well as conceptualize a bid.
• Ideally from a subcontractor or self‑perform civil construction environment.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be willing to work in the office 5 days per week, with reasonable flexibility.
• Must be comfortable working autonomously and capable of owning all estimating functions end‑to‑end.
• Must be comfortable operating as a key member of the business development and company leadership team.
