As a member of our Construction Field Crew at Pinnacle Mountain Homes, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to building luxury homes. You’ll contribute directly to active job sites, learn from experienced team members, and gain hands‑on skills in high‑end residential construction.   Engage in a variety of construction labor, including site preparation, digging, lifting, and miscellaneous tasks to contribute to the successful completion of projects.

• No prior construction experience required except a strong interest in building and construction, with a keenness to learn and contribute to the team.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform labor‑intensive tasks in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow instructions effectively.
• Willingness to work at various construction sites within the specified region.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Must have reliable transportation.
