We are seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer (Project Admin) to assist the project delivery team execute the completion of various projects nationwide on time and within budget. This position primarily supports the Project Manager by coordinating project tasks, managing administrative duties, tracking progress, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth project execution, often including tasks like budget monitoring, schedule updates, document control, and facilitating team collaboration, all under the direction of the Project Manager;
essentially acting as a key support role in project planning and implementation.
Construction Management Team
Responsibilities- Project Planning and Scheduling
:- Assisting in developing project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures, including task assignments and deadlines.
- Communication and Coordination
:- Facilitating communication between project team members, clients, vendors, and stakeholders through meetings, emails, and status updates.
- Document Control
:- Maintaining project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Progress Reporting
:- Tracking project progress against the plan, creating regular status reports, and highlighting any potential issues on project critical tasks.
- Administrative Tasks
:- Overseeing RFIs, submittals, and schedule updates.
- Site Visits
:- Traveling to sites to meet with owners, inspectors, or subcontractors to discuss project details and scope. (This role is primarily office based, but will require traveling)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and adapt to new environments and project teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and Google Spaces.
- OSHA 10 or 30‑hour certification preferred.
