Superintendent, Construction

Location: Broomfield

Trillium Construction is seeking a highly experienced Superintendent specializing in heavy civil construction for our client, a trusted contractor known for emergency landslide repairs, rockfall mitigation, and deep foundation work.

Projects are delivered through design/build and design/build/warranty methods, requiring a proactive leader with deep technical knowledge and strong field management skills. Pay rate is $48-50/hour and this is a direct-hire placement.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
-Manage crews, subcontractors, and equipment for heavy civil infrastructure projects.
-Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to execute the work plan.
-Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce safety policies.
-Monitor progress and maintain accurate project documentation.
-Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

-Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction.
-Proven experience with emergency repairs, slope stabilization, rockfall mitigation, or similar work.
-Strong understanding of design/build project delivery.
-Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-OSHA certification preferred.

Preferred

Skills:

-Background in geotechnical or structural construction methods.
-Experience working in remote or challenging terrain.
-Familiarity with warranty-based project requirements.
