Client Service Representative

Job Overview

Client Service Representative I at Canon USA. Responsible for prompt delivery of various on‑site work assignments, providing customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Inform supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns promptly.
• Review and respond to management and client requests via email, phone, text, and verbal communication.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Contribute to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are properly recorded.
• Handle responsibilities across Copy/Print Production, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services, Warehouse, File Room/Records File Services based on assigned location.
• Attend cross‑functional trainings to cover when short‑staffed.
• Site responsibility and coverage location may change based on client or division needs.

• Promptly and accurately receive, sort, deliver, pick up, and process all courier items, interoffice mail, newspapers, magazines, and all classes of USPS mail.
• Track courier and accountable items (Fed Ex, UPS, Certified Mail, etc.).
• Research and route unidentified and generic mail.
• Receive, log, deliver, and track messenger items.
• Respond to customer requests.
• Perform routine upkeep of equipment.
• Record and track customer inquiries and fulfill requests.

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience with less than one year of related experience.
• Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Take necessary steps to obtain security clearances required by customers.
• May require driving between multiple client locations and a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, reach, and pull extended periods while performing duties.

Hourly rate: $17.20 - $23.37 (anticipated).
