- : [Front Desk Agent / Concierge] As an Events Specialist at Vail Resorts, you'll:
Organize operational schedule & calendar in conjunction with event schedule;
Communicate all upcoming events via Event Prospectus;
Manage logistics support for all on mountain events;
Manage ongoing communication for all mountain division departments regarding on mountain operations with the potential to impact events;
Support day of event logistics;
Provide Safety and Operations plans for all events, to be attached to Event Prospectus.
