The Membership Concierge delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in ensuring everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued. In this role, you will enjoy a fun and healthy work environment while building value‑based relationships that increase member loyalty and help them meet their healthy lifestyle goals.

• Operate as first point of contact for members and guests
• Receive and facilitate incoming phone calls from members and guests
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
• Exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
• Assist members with transactions and general account changes

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Commitment to serve others
• Effective communication skills
• Passion for living a healthy lifestyle
• Ability to multi‑task and deliver high‑quality customer service in a fast‑paced environment
• Good verbal communication skills
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred

Hourly position with wages starting at $15.00 and up to $18.00, based on experience and qualifications.
