Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a driven, outgoing, and tech-savvy
Project Manager/Designer who is passionate about landscape construction and enjoys working with both people and technology.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
  • Have 1–5 years of experience in landscape construction, horticulture, or a related field.
  • Love the outdoors and want to live in the beautiful Vail Valley.
  • Have a strong understanding of
    AutoCAD and other design or estimating software.
  • Are highly organized and enjoy overseeing projects from start to finish.
  • Have great people skills and can confidently communicate with clients, crews, and vendors.
  • Are comfortable with technology
    , email communication, and digital project management.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Project Manager/Designer
, you’ll play a key role in our construction department. You’ll oversee projects, coordinate with crews, and ensure our high-end clients get the best results.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Project Management: Oversee landscape and irrigation installations from start to finish.
  • Client Interaction: Meet with clients to discuss their vision, project progress, and material selection.
  • Procurement & Budgeting: Order materials, track expenses, and ensure projects stay within budget.
  • Design Work: Use AutoCAD and other software to assist with layouts, plans, and revisions.
  • Estimating & Bidding: Work on cost estimates for both in-house designs and projects from general contractors.
  • Crew Coordination: Communicate with job site teams to keep projects on schedule and to spec.
  • Irrigation & Landscape Planning: Lay out plant materials, irrigation systems, and water features based on best practices.

Technology & Software You’ll Learn:

  • AutoCAD – Used for landscape design and planning.
  • Revit (3D Modeling) – Exposure to 3D project designs with architects.
  • Landscape Management Network (LMN) – Industry-standard software for estimating, budgeting, and time tracking.
  • Quick Books – Learn how to manage job costing and invoicing.
Compensation & Growth

First-Year Income: $70,000 to $80,000 (based on hours worked)
